Dance Video Mini Filming Day 14.5.2026
Would you like to capture your dancing on video? Do you want to film a keepsake of a spring choreography for yourself or your group? Do you need an audition video? Welcome to Shenanigans Studio’s super popular mini filming day on Ascension Day, 14.5.2026 😍
The last mini filming day sold out quickly, so make sure to book your slot early — no later than Monday 11.5.
You can book a 30-minute or 1-hour filming slot for yourself or your group. The videographer is Effiina Campomanes.
A 30-minute slot is intended for 1–3 dancers. Larger groups should book a 1-hour slot. Depending on the choreography, the studio can accommodate a maximum of 15 dancers. The length of the choreography also affects the required filming time. Please contact effiinacreative@gmail.com if you need help choosing the right slot length.
Each filming slot includes the filming of one video. If you wish to film more than one video, please book multiple slots for yourself or your group. The videos will receive light editing and color grading afterwards.
Filming prices:
30 min – base fee €25 + €25 / dancer
1 h – base fee €50 + €25 / dancer
Example 1:
Video with three dancers – 30 min slot – total price €100, i.e. €33.33 per dancer.
Example 2:
Video with ten dancers – 1 h slot – total price €300, i.e. €30 per dancer.
Payment via MobilePay (#13164 Effiina Creative) or invoice. The base fee is paid at the time of booking, and the remaining amount based on the number of dancers is paid on-site on the filming day. The base fee functions as a booking fee. Please note that the booking is binding, and the booking fee is refundable only if the filming day has to be fully cancelled.
Filming setup:
A fully white floor and background, or a black dance mat with a white background. Please note that on a white surface, only white-soled sneakers, light-soled dance heels, or nude-colored Latin shoes are allowed. If the dancer(s) are wearing black-soled shoes, the video must be filmed on the black dance mat.
General front lighting + colored lights on the sides / behind. Light intensity and colors can be adjusted.
You may also choose to use an Insta360 X4 action camera instead of a regular camera.
Preparing for the shoot:
Your reserved time is used for filming. Please arrive at the studio early enough to prepare and warm up before your filming slot.
Send your music track in mp3 format by email to effiinacreative@gmail.com.
Decide in advance on the color light shades and placement (corners, back, sides, front). A total of 5 colored lights are available.
Decide in advance whether you want a vertical or horizontal video.
